Pendaftaran Capres dan Cawapres Dapat Hilangkan Keraguan Investor
Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian (Menko Perekonomian) Darmin Nasution angkat bicara, terkait pendaftaran bakal calon pasangan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden, jika dikaitkan dengan laju investasi di Indonesia. Darmin mengatakan pendaftaran tersebut dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pergerakan investor ke Indonesia.
“Karena pasangannya enggak ada yang kemudian membuat market harus khawatir, jadi ya dampaknya mestinya baik. Kelebihan sekarang lebih jelas, kalau sudah jelas mestinya market akan lebih berkurang wait and see-nya,” kata Darmin, di Jakarta, Jumat, 10 Agustus 2018.
Darmin menjelaskan, dua pasangan tersebut telah memberikan pernyataanya usai mendaftar. Dalam pernyataannya, kedua belah pihak ingin mengkedepankan Pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden yang jujur, adil dan damai. Pernyataan tersebut, dapat memberikan signal positif bagi iklim investasi di Indonesia
“Investor percaya dengan keberadaan dua pasangan calon tersebut, karena jika tidak ada kepercayaan maka seharusnya investor sudah melakukan langkah negatif dan meninggalkan pasar,” ujar Darmin.
Lebih jauh, pertumbuhan investasi pada kuartal III/2018 diharapkan dapat kembali tumbuh di atas 7%. Pada kuartal II/2018, investasi hanya meningkat 5,87% atau di bawah realisasi kuartal sebelumnya yang naik 7,95%.
Untuk itu, pemerintah diakui mesti segera mewujudkan rencananya yang sudah dirumuskan selama ini.
“Pertama, dalam menghadapi gejolak gonjang ganjing dalam perekonomian global, sudah dirumuskan dorong ekspor untuk kurangi impor. Jangkar kebijakan secara umum mendorong ekspor mengurangi atau memperlambat impor,” tutur Darmin.
Jangkar yang dimaksud adalah kebijakan biodiesel 20% atau (B20), Online Single Submission (OSS), bersama seluruh insentif perpajakan. Kebijakan pengembangan pendidikan dan vokasi yang sepenuhnya baru terlaksana pada 2019 juga mesti menjadi perhatian.
